Try:
- -lowfat milk
- -plain yogurt
- -lowfat cheddar
Wanna fight the fat? Snack on ALMONDS! Yes, it probably has a bit more calories than other snacks, but it will actually keep you full and prevent you from snacking even more within an hour or two!
Wanna feel full? Get yourself a bottle of water or water enriched fruits and veggies!
