How to Achieve Beautiful Legs...

I don't think that there is one single woman out there who can honestly say that she doesn't want to have beautiful and sexy legs. (Find her and bring her to me... I'd love to meet her) So... here are a few tips I've compiled on how to get beautiful legs:

  • Legs may look heavy because of bad circulation. Put your legs and feet up every once in awhile.
  • If your legs are too fat, go on a sensible diet and exercise regularly.
  • If your legs are to thin, improve them with exercise. Toned legs with muscles are much more attractive than thin and skinny legs with none.
  • Walk or bike for shapely legs. Try walking the stairs rather than elevator. Every little bit helps... trust me.
  • Avoid the appearance of varicose veins by not standing still for long periods of time... move around.
  • Don't forget to moisturize after a nice bath... or even shower!
  • Avoid baths that are just too hot.
  • Ditch excessive sun exposure.
  • Elevate your legs when sleeping... try raising them with a pillow (if you don't mind).
  • Finish your showers with a cold water splash on your legs.
  • Of course, drink lots of water!
