Diet, Diet, DIET!
Is it just me or is this the most popular topic of discussion? I admit... I am so sick of this word. Saying it three times out loud makes it sound even uglier and I hate it even more!
If you can diet, then great for you... more power to yah! (high five) I've tried diets here and there, but I always seem to fall off the loop. One thing is for sure though... I can never replace real ice cream with diet ice cream or fat free ice cream! When you're really craving some sort of ice cream flavor, no amount of fat free ice cream of the likes can ever suffice. You'll just end up eating 4 or 5 servings of those just trying to hit the spot that one scoop of chunky monkey would have done the job.
Diet foods really do make you feel cheated because after you eat it, you're still hungry! How about we just toss all the diet foods and have the real thing... but maybe just half the size that we usually would have and just savor every bit?
Sounds like a plan to me!
